Courses
The Short Professional Development courses enable participants to refresh their skills and keep in touch with the latest research and knowledge to improve their practices in the environmental protection and adult education sectors. Customized from one to five days, our courses can be taught to schools, organizations, and more. For example introductory vermicomposting lessons will be prepared and delivered on demand by schools to benefit K-12 grade students for their future learning for employment. By completing lessons, students will be able to: 1) identify the concepts of vermicomposting; 2) become familiar with eartworm's anatomic structures and reproductive systems; 3) determine advantages of vermicomposting to reduce and divert food waste from landfills whereas recycle vermicompost and casting nutrients to grow urban greens right from our own backyard gardens; 4) indicate how vermicompost contribute to plant and soil fertitity;5) describe different categories or groups of earthworms.
Adult Education
Most of our services are intended to promote adult education by responding to the needs of individuals requiring a short, specialized training so they can stay current. Courses are prepared for engineers, environmental scientists, and mining professionals. Topics will cover but not limited to:
